Product content yes, Loopsies are made out of 100% cotton, no harmful dyes are in this product, so digesting small bits has shown no ill effects. Physically, One still needs to play safe and use a little common sense when using Loopsies, make sure you do not get it wrapped around your pets neck and throat or any area that could be harmful if you pet was to get tangled.

What size dog can use this?

Any size or breed that has a playfull personality will enjoy Loopsies.

I Have noticed blood stains on the Loopsie?

Loopsies are made of a tightly woven cotton that will act like floss . When a pet chews or tugs a bit of spotting is normal, in fact this is one of the good things Loopsies does is aid in gum care. One might want to pay close attention with pets that are losing teeth as a to hard a tug may pull them out. But on the norm a little blood staining may occur. If you belive it is more than just spotting I recommend seeing your Veterinarian as soon as possible. Good thing loopsies are washable.
